Job Description

EbizON is looking for a Business Analyst - PreSales who can help our team of consultants & sales professionals with the business requirements, client communication & proposals for our customers in US/Canada market.

The ideal candidate would come with an experience in Technology services and a bright academic record - Btech/MBA from a good college.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction and gathering Client Requirements.
  • Detailed Project Flow Analysis and Wireframe Designing using Axure/Figma/similar.
  • Answer to RFI/RFQ/RFP together with the BD Executive/Mgr
  • Proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements,
  • Assess customers met and unmet needs, and recommend optimum solutions, ensuring appropriate support for the proposed architecture.
  • Share with sales team assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned market areas.
  • Provide coaching and professional development to company s members
  • Opportunistically pursue additional business development opportunities within customer firms, ensures these opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team.
  • Monitor RD/ customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process, and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure.
  • Provide training to customers when needed.
  • If required, act as a Project Manager for each deal to ensure the final solution is delivered towards customer s expectation and initial proposals
  • Follow and share market technological needs and evolution with Managers.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of Experience in technology/IT services
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Ability to work independently under time constraint
  • Working knowledge of the IT services industry will be considered as an advantage
  • MBA (preferred) from reputed college/University.
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel / Ppt / Word would a requirement
  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with strong interpersonal & analytical skills.
