• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, with responsibility for on time delivery
• 5+ years working with ExactTarget
• Experience working with business owners to understand need and realize solutions and working with technologists in assessing technical design
• Experience using web based project management tools required, JIRA experience preferred
• Hands on experience in front-end development a plus
• Experience with Ad-serving platforms (e.g. Google) and Web Tracking (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) frameworks a plus
• Proven record of collaborative work and outlook.
• Ability to understand, simplify and communicate complex ideas.
• Extreme attention to detail and consistency of work.
• Well organized and able to balance multiple simultaneous projects.
• Self-motivated, a natural problem-solver and a good communicator.

• Required experience with ExactTarget or similar ESP systems with focus on automation, data management and SQL

• Intaking and documenting requirements for new technical email and web initiatives associated with productivity, user experience and quality assurance
• Creating and deploying processes and technical solutions to monitor, maintain and optimize the email and web platform(s) used by Medscape member marketing
• Lead active investigations, including triage and diagnostics for business critical problems that arise. Responsible for identifying or designing solutions to prevent or enhance the current environment\'s quality system.
• Lead active documentation exercises in a technical writer capacity - ensuring that documentation exists for key platforms and identifying subject matter experts who can aid in building knowledge around various topics.
• Attend daily meetings with internal team members to understand blockers and priorities.
• Developing a system for tracking status and prioritization for all tasks/open projects upon requirement intake
• Expectation may include hands-on development of capabilities/solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (e.g.ExactTarget)
• Act as email operations resource to project manage all audits, investigations, or new capability requests including timing and resource needs
• Understanding email capabilities and current processes to identify gaps, optimization opportunities and potential risks
• Attend meetings with product stakeholders to understand and document business challenges/requirements
• Maintain a thorough understanding of existing and new product capabilities
