Business Analyst
Job Description
You will interact and conduct solution study / JAD sessions with client business teams from banking & financial services domain to understand requirements, check business feasibility of the requirements, and propose commercially sensitive technical solutions. Co-ordinate with technical designers / programmers to implement the agreed solution through KT workshops, documentation & sharing of BRDs, and detailed functional specifications. Suggest improvements / enhancements to be implemented in system with an eye on improving user convenience, and system functionality subject to system stability. Design Test Scenarios and prepare Summary Reports for conducting successful QA sessions to ensure data integrity and coherence of the incumbent data and analysis / quality control of new data to be integrated in the system. Conducting User Training workshops for client core teams and author and up keep Business process documentation and Training documentation. Carry out user acceptance testing and system testing following change requests, bug fixes, new releases and upgrades.
Additional Information
Skills
Prior experience in handling & implementing large IT solutions projects – either on Investment Management / Fund Management / Banking / Mutual Funds / Capital Markets (not into sales) would be preferred. Accounting knowledge is the must. Knowledge of PL / SQL will be an added advantageExperience
