Position/Post: Business Analyst
Department: Defence IT
Location: Powai
Educational Qualification: B.E./ Diploma
Experience: 3 to 6 years
Budget/ CTC Offered: 5 LPA to 8 LPA
TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION:
Enterprise Application Support (Infor ERP Ln)
b. Implementation of IT Projects
c. Co-ordination with internal teams and user call handling
d. Analysis and resolution of recurring issues
e. System Improvements: Automation / Program changes
f. Managing training needs of end users
g. Providing reports and MIS – Power BI
Required Skillset:
Knowledge of ERP
Understanding of overall business cycle
Project Management
BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:
Able to work in a team, good learner, should continuously suggest improvement in IT systems, able to take quick decisions.
AREA OF EXPOSURE / WORK BACKGROUND:
Knowledge of ERP Application (Infor ERP Ln)
Hiring criteria-
1. Not more than 2 ATKTS
2. No year gap/Backlog
3. Throughout First class in academics (i.e. 60% and above)
