Fresher and experienced candidates up to 6 years in insurance industry required for Business Analyst. We are looking for a business Analyst who will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objective by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building testing and development task of our software products.

Technical Skills

• Excellent presentation and documentation skill
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
• Business requirements elicitation skills
• Previous experience in business /Systems Analysis
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualisation techniques and tools
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
• Insurance domain knowledge is preferred

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Perform quality checks on requirements or requirement changes
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Own and develop relationship with customers, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration ecosystems.
• Help design, document and maintain system processess
• Report on common sources of functional or technical issues or queries and make recommendations to the product team.
• Communicate key insights and findings to the product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to imporve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

• Experience candidate are expected to provide a valid reson for leaving their current organisation while applying for the job
• All recruited candidates have to go through a rigorous training for 3 months followed by assessments and evaluation.
