Duties: Evaluate measurement criteria to identify trends and drive improvements in organizational performance, including: customer experience, operating efficiency, and product quality Translate a high-level vision into functional business requirements while maintaining a groundbreaking and aspirational demeanor Participate in Agile scrum teams, contribute to project planning, and work prioritization Drive rapid adoption of new technologies, ideas, and processes Design and develop automation solutions in tools such as but not limited to Snaplogic/SSIS/UI Path/PowerApp to power the BI Reporting tool and contribute to building last mile custom data models for specific analytics purposes Work with the internal L&D team to build training documentation and leading all aspects of training sessions Skills: Bachelor\'s degree in MIS, Engineer, CS, or equivalent. 4+ years of Business Intelligence and/or systems experience supporting Finance teams. Strong proficiency in querying and transforming large data sets for analytical purposes using ETL tools (Snaplogic, SSIS), SQL, Python, PowerApp and experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI Expertise in UI Path and/or data science will be an added advantage Strong problem-solving and analytical/critical thinking skills and ability to prioritize and apply sound judgment. Adept at communicating findings to customers: ability to translate sophisticated information into concise and high-quality business requirements. Approach work with energy and a \'Can do\' positive attitude. Education: Bachelor\'s degree in MIS, Engineer, CS, or equivalent.
