DESCRIPTION Are you interested in using Data to improve the customer experience at Amazon We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the Prime Videos Customer and Marketing Analytics team. In this role you will influence systems and frameworks leveraged by end customers and multiple cross-functional teams. You will apply both business and process acumen in a fast-paced, ambiguous and innovative environment. He/she has deep knowledge in data analysis and is able to wrangle the expected data from any data source. Key job responsibilities As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for: . Data Ingestion, Data Transformation, Data Comparison, Data Validation and Data Monitoring of multiple data sources from multiple different systems . Create and Manage ETL jobs, resolve any issues arising during the execution of the jobs . Extract data from multiple systems using SQL queries and ETL jobs based on support ticket requests . Monitor health of Data sources and ETL Pipeline Infrastructure with the help of dashboards . Monitoring & Resolution of Trouble Tickets within defined SLA\'s. . Diving deep into large data sets to identify patterns, gap areas using SQL, excel and other data manipulation languages We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Chennai, TN, IND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 1+ years of data analytics or automation experience - 1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience - Bachelor\'s degree - Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL - Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level - Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience in creating and managing ETL pipelines - Experience with handling data ingestion from multiple sources, applying data transformation and publishing - Quantitative analytical abilities, proven problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals. - Strong bias for action and \'get it done\' attitude
