We are looking for Business Analyst (Pre and Post-Sales)
We\'re looking for an experienced Business Analyst having 3-4 years of experience and good knowledge in Pre and Post Sales. Responsibilities
Business Analyst with knowledge & experience in both Pre and post-sales
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects and clients.
Develop and deliver technical proposals and solutions that align with the customer\'s business requirements.
To solve technical queries and difficulties, identify and engage with internal and external key stakeholders, third-party vendors, and partners.
Using data analytics tools, collect, review, and analyze business and industry data, such as KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics.
Interact with various corporate divisions and groups
Hold experience in Testing and mapping numerous business processes and regulations
Familiar with industry technology platforms for data collection and problem-solving
Excellent Verbal, Non-Verbal, and written communication and leadership skills
Experience with Requirement Elicitation and analysis, documentation, and mock-up creation
Good understanding of Project Management, also good knowledge of documentation like BRD, FRD, and SRS, including BA deliverables such as Use cases, Mind mapping, Wireframes, and flowcharts.
Hands-on multiple BA Tools as per Industry Standards (UML, BPMN, etc)
To ensure Client Satisfaction by timely project delivery and improvising delivery strategy
Experience working in Agile Framework; Responsible for sprint planning, product backlog grooming, Sprint Review, and Retrospective for proper Project Execution
Business analysts must be well-versed in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as have a firm grasp of reporting and regulatory requirements, important success factors, and performance indicators. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited, 4 - Year University
Excellent Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time well on tight deadlines
Excellent Written and verbal communication skills
