Requirements :

- A bachelor\'s degree in business administration, finance, computer science, information technology, or a related field is often required.

- Strong analytical abilities are essential for gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data and requirements.

- Ability to identify patterns, trends, and insights from complex datasets.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effectively interacting with stakeholders, documenting requirements, and presenting findings.

- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholder

- Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex problems.

- Familiarity with business analysis tools and techniques such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, data analysis, and software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

- A solid understanding of the industry or domain in which the organization operates is often preferred.

- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices within the industry.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Strong facilitation and negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and drive consensus.
