Business Analyst - IT & Analytics
Looking for experienced Business Analysts to support implementation of a global Cloud upgrade of our clients systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- To work with the business system users, process subject matter experts, Business Area Leads, Project Team and other key stakeholders to support them across the project phases including Design, Data, UAT, Training, Comms & Engagement and Deployment
- Analysing, collating and documenting where required key business requirements including As-Is/To-Be processes, procedures, workflows, screens and reports.
- Identify data requirements including data mapping, profiling, validation and remediation activities and co-ordinating with business stakeholders and project technical teams to ensure effective data migration
- Identifying superusers and providing them with the support and materials they need including training guides
- Provide QA and user acceptance testing co-ordination, documentation and business support Where relevant, take ownership of the workstream plans across the different project phases including Data, UAT and/or Business Change
- Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders
- Setting up and coordinating Business User Working Groups and other business user forums, providing updates to the Project Team as needed
- Co-ordinating with the Project team and Continuous Improvement (CI) Project team to ensure local CI activities are performing on time, risks/issues are documented and mitigated, and the right business users are engaged
- Facilitating/supporting required workshops as applicable
Skills and Experience: 3-5 years experience in business analysis or a related field

- A track record of supporting and delivering successful IT project outcomes
- Proven experience in providing business analysis support within concept, assessment, planning, design, and delivery phases
- Experience in rolling out business systems applications in financial/professional services organization
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across various internal & and external functions
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio etc.
- Experience in the BFSI industry preferred
- The ability to build relationships with business users and influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Highly organized, attention to detail, outstanding follow through skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Eliciting data and information from diverse stakeholders
- Presenting analytical approaches and the resulting evidence to stakeholders
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Adapting and applying knowledge to unfamiliar domains
Education/Qualifications :
- Business Analysis certification such as CBAP and/or Project Management qualification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner is preferable but not required
