The role is to frontend all the business requirements discussion with all the stakeholders - Vendors, Business users and internal IT team members and drive to achieve the business objective within defined timelines and cost. Work closely with the different Business Segment Managers to understand requirements and bring in new ideas to lay out the future development of the product Should possess sound knowledge of all entire Lending Life cycle for Corporate Funding - Sales Processes, Credit Processes,Loan Servicing Process and Collection Process. and ancilliary system associated with key verticals in lending Should possess sound knowledge of all entire Leasing Product - OL/FL/SL and Investment Products (PTC,NCD,SPV,Private placement, Syndication and Structured product etc.,)- Sales Processes, Credit Processes,Loan Servicing Process and Collection Process. and ancilliary system associated with key verticals in lending Should have a sound knowledge of all Operations aspects including Login, Disbursals, Payment initiation,Repayment schedule,IRR Computation, Repayment, Different payment instruments and their processing, Allocation logic, Rescheduling, Banking-Presentation and Reconciliation, Restructuring, NPA and Termination, NOC release, OD Compuation, Stautory reporting and MIS reporting etc., Train and Manage a team of Production support for FinnOne for Corporate Products Will be responsible for creation of various masters like Users, Sanction limit assignment and record keeping for audit, Agency masters- DSA,DST,Sales manager,CRE,Branch,asset master,manufacturer,dealer,collateral master,Document master, general drop downs etc., Good Project planning & management Skills Capable of working on Efforts Estimation, understanding proposals and concluding on the cost estimates with vendor. Co-ordinate with Infra team for all the Change requirements implementation in the application Should be a team player and a collaborater to get the required information from business team Should possess good communication skills to communicate effectively to get the required information from different stakeholders Should possess good excel skills to prepare periodic reports and share with required stakeholders. Should be well organised and should have good follow up methodlogies to get the required information from different stakeholders Should have working knowledge of SQL/PL SQL/Oracle DB or any one programming language.Should be able to extract required reports from Backup DB to facilitate business for required reporting Should be willing to learn new Functional and Technical areas Should be inclined to support business to achieve their end business Objective Understanding of DR/BCP/Recovery/Backup conceptually. Experience of working on any API Management platforms or SOA platforms is desirable.
