3B_Business Enablement

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to identify data-driven opportunities to improve business outcomes
• Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop data solutions
• Develop metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives
• Support the development of data products and services that provide business value
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance
• Work with the data science team to ensure that data-driven insights are communicated effectively to stakeholders
• Provide training and support to business users on data tools and techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics or related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience working in a business enablement or similar role
• Strong understanding of data science concepts and methodologies
• Experience in developing and implementing data-driven initiatives
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus
