Freedom Property Investors is searching for an experienced business analyst to help guide our organization into the future. With a commitment to innovation, it\xe2\x80\x99s business analysts who seek out, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for continued growth and success.

Responsibilities

• Partner with other stakeholder teams across business units (i.e., sales, finance, security, compliance) to develop necessary analysis and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams
• Evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements on a continuing basis, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
• Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
• Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems
• Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with partners for optimized systems integration, and respond to questions and concerns from managers and executives with supporting research and recommendations
• Performing requirements analysis.

Requirements

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
• Years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• A track record of following through on commitments.
• High proficiency with SQL language and database management
• Practical experience generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Preferred with experience in investment sales of real estate
• Extensive experience with data visualization
• Highly proficient technical writing capabilities

Skills & Qualities

• Familiarity with market research, analysing data and deriving insights
• Analytical mindset, data driven approach and critical thinking to solve problems is a must.
• Preferable from Real Estate or property background
