Location - Remote in India. Key Responsibilities:

• Meet regularly with Product Managers, UX Designers and Development Teams to stay in touch with the needs of the business
• Analyse and document requirements in collaboration with product managers and development teams
• In accordance with best practices, write user stories with clear acceptance criteria that translate business requirements into technical and functional requirements with appropriate scope
• Become familiar with software architecture to understand dependencies on other systems and what components are affected by product and feature requests.
• Review user stories with Development Teams to ensure the team understands the desired outcomes and ensures alignment of planned implementation with expectations of Product Management
• Obtain and document estimates and assist in planning according to the product strategy
• Collaborate with UX Designers to enable them to iterate on and deliver high fidelity design prototypes
• Relieve Product Manager in a PO (Product Owner) role on delegated initiative

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, Technical Analyst, Technical Product Owner, or other similar roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex business and technical concepts to various stakeholders and team members
• Experience communicating with stakeholders, Developers, QA and end-users
• Experience with agile development practices, including SCRUM, and creation of user stories
• The ability to engage and manage senior business stakeholders
