Apply now!About the departmentDigital Data & IT GBS (Global Business Service) was established in February 2010 as an integral part of Digital Data & IT in HQ (Head Quarter). From the beginning in 2010, the unit has grown to 800+ employees till date. The main role of DD&IT GBS is to \'manage\' IT, which includes System Management, Project Management, Infrastructure Management, Compliance Management, Security Management, Process Management, etc. In DDIT R&ED (Research & Early Development) GBS (Global Business Services), we partner globally with R&ED (Research & Early Development) LoB (Line of Business) to achieve scientific aspiration. We provide timely, best in class, regulated and non-regulated IT solutions, infrastructure, and system management across the R&ED (Research & Early Development) value chain. We manage more than 20+ IT systems and the department consists of Agile DevOps members, System Managers, Validation SMEs, cloud engineers and Business Analysts.The PositionAs a Business Analyst /Advanced Business Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting system management activities, including operation, maintenance, release, change, and patch management.
  • Performing incident and problem management for supported systems according to ITIL framework.
  • Participating in new releases, design reviews, risk assessments, and qualification activities for changes.
  • Collaborating closely with external vendors to ensure deliverables are of high quality and timelines are met.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including system managers, NNQAs (Novo Nordisk Quality Assurance) / Lob (Line of Business) system owners, and project owners.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Masters in relevant field with total of 8+ years of experience in IT.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience working with system management and practicing ITIL principles
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within the pharmaceutical, business administration, banking, or consultancy industries.
  • Experience in an international matrix organization, coordinating projects and working with external vendors and stakeholders in multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Microsoft PowerPoint, SQLs, SSRS, and SaaS-based application administrations and good to have Tableau, Alteryx skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong organizational skills, business orientation, flexibility, and ability to work well in a team.
  • Experience with office desktop applications and tools, such as Microsoft Office.
