The Position
As a test engineer, you will focus on ensuring that team deliverables are tested, and that testing is meaningfully integrated into ways of working. Collect info and read documents to understand what needs to be tested for each \xe2\x80\x98deliverable\xe2\x80\x99 (E2E user perspective also). You will be entrusted with the below responsibilities:

• Prepare/Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities \xe2\x80\x93 including preparing test data.
• Execute test cases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
• Carry out regression testing to ensure that all functionality is working as expected.
• Participate in refinement of backlog items and understanding of data privacy requirements and controls.
• ITIL knowledge would be of great advantage for a good focus on the Incident & problem management processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or any degree with 4+ years of experience in testing (SuccessFactors Employee central/SAP HCM/SAP HR.
• Excellent knowledge of HR process and testing the HR process flow.
• Minimum 1 year experience in any automation tool (Leapwork, Selenium etc).
• Good experience in test case development, test execution and test data generation.
• Awareness of data privacy controls, familiar with testing related documentations.
• Knowledge on ITIL (use of ServiceNow) and agile methodology.
• Will be able to work during CET working hours & extended CET hours
• Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
