The Global Business & Competitive Insights Manager provides \'Business Research\' / \'Market Intelligence Services\' to stakeholders from Procurement, Sales, and Marketing domains across the Regional & Global organisation by providing insightful analyses required to evolve and drive execution of short-, mid- and long-term business strategies. Roles and Responsibilities: Competitive Intelligence: . Monitor and analyze competitors\' strategies, product offerings, pricing, and market positioning. . Identify emerging threats and opportunities in the competitive landscape. . Regularly update the executive team on key competitive insights. Monitoring of Export-import Data: . Monthly tracking of vitamins, carotenoids, and raw materials to map the price and volume from customs data. . Feed info price - Continuously monitor vitamins prices and important feed inputs. . Update Industry News: Weekly update of news on Industry News platform. Commodity Tracking: . Perform qualitative & quantitative analysis of commodities (raw & pack) and provide key insights on monthly/quarterly/yearly basis. Market Intelligence/Research: . Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights on customer needs and expectations. . Provide market sizing and segmentation analysis to support business development. Data Collection and Analysis: . Collection and management of data from primary and secondary sources. . Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to extract meaningful insights. . Develop predictive models and forecasts to inform decision-making. Strategic Recommendations: . Translate research findings into actionable recommendations and strategies. . Work closely with senior management to develop and refine business strategies. . Assist in the development of business plans and long-term objectives. Individual Contributor and Team Management: . Work as an individual contributor fostering a high-performance on all assigned tasks. . Ensure timely delivery of high-quality research reports. Stakeholder Collaboration: . Create compelling presentations, reports and dashboards to communicate competitive insights to various stakeholders, including senior management. . Present research findings to key stakeholders and facilitate discussions. . Build and maintain a network of internal and external working contacts/sources. Skills Required Bachelors / Master\'s degree (degree in business management, logistics, or supply chain management). High level of intelligence, analytical bent of mind and a strong penchant for innovation. 4-7 years\' experience of working in market intelligence domain, especially commodity tracking. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Excellent presentation sk ills. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SWAY, PPT, Power BI or similar platforms. Proven ability to translate research into actionable business strategies. Can independently take decisions on appropriate course of action(s).
