The specific role we are looking to fill within our team is a Business Analyst for the DynamicContent Engine. And as a key member of the team, you will also play a key part in the next stage of the platform development collaborating with a design team to focus on improving the end-to endservice experience for our clients collaborating with our engineering teams to ensure the right thing gets built in the right order. You will join a dynamic, co-located and remote team who are passionate about new thinking and new ideas. Your Impact: . Through your experience, skills and abilities, you will help deliver dynamic video and ad tech leading product for the Groupe and drive significant value for the Groupe, our clients and our agency teams. . You will be a key member of a development team working with the latest delivery methods such as scaled agile as well as the latest ad tech technologies . Working closely with the Product Owner and Technical Lead will be key to ensuring the development objectives are realised . Be a key driving force to provide the understanding and adherence to a product mind-set across the multiple disciplines involved in delivering the change/transformation . Advise and facilitate the management of development and business process improvement opportunities in relation to the platform . Constantly challenge the status quo and find innovative solutions to ensure the teams meets the future needs of clients and colleagues Qualifications Your skills and experience: You\'ll have significant experience at least 10 years at a senior level delivering value into ador martech with a true understanding of customer value and orientation. You\'ll be truly datadriven with experience employing multiple research methods when looking for insights. When it comes to the tech, you\'ll be able to demonstrate knowledge and application of systems thinking principles, methods and tools to examine and solve team/client/industry. challenges. You\'ll also have the ability to describe/reframe a problem using proven techniques and facilitate teams/client to align on the challenge and to solve it by taking a customer-centric view. Ideally, you\'ll have experience in gathering, modifying and analyzingquantitative data through critical thinking, statistics, basic understanding and proficiencywith data technologies (ex. XML, SQL) and data analysis/visualization tools (ex. Excel,Tableau, Power BI, Looker).Your market and business acumen means you can act as a consultant, interpreting businesstrends and market movements to identify customer problems and how we can solve them.Your views will be outcomes led, and you\'ll have the ability and experience in modelling theway to focus on outcomes, not just outputs and relentless improvement. Your previous experience in mar tech or ad tech means you have a strong grasp on both thecurrent and future trajectory, based on trends, research and understands how to leveragethe key market innovations to transform our clients. Additional Information Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the latest technologies that are core to the direction of travel for digital advertising . Experience with building platforms or end point solutions . Experience with working with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Kubernetes and other scaled infrastructure projects.
