As a Business Analyst you’ll be hands-on leading the adoption of these innovation practices to co-create services and solutions based on user needs, systems and business analysis to continuously improve end-to-end user journeys and business processes, ultimately driving experience quality and commercial impact.

This role will be embedded within our strategically critical Business Analysis capability set (including design thinking, data literacy, analytical thinking and creative problem solving skills) enabling sustainable commercial success for Enterprise

I am skilled in

Business analysis Tools, techniques and methodologies such as;
Business requirements definition and management. E.g creating use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria
Business process design and modelling Analyse and document business processes and workflows with the objective of understanding as-is state, defining to-be state and identifying improvement opportunities
Testing, Trial & Validation techniques working with project stakeholders to validate their requirements, i.e through reviews, walkthroughs and User Acceptance testing
Human-centred design practices – contributing to service blueprints, wireframes, journey maps, process maps / flows
Communication - Able to express thinking clearly to others when writing, speaking and presenting. Able to facilitate design workshops and walkthroughs
Problem solving - Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
Stakeholder Management - comfortable in front of wide variety of audiences to include senior mgt.
Managing ambiguity - Able to deal with uncertainty and risk and adapt to change
