Business Analyst ( Guidewire ) - Insurance Consulting - Gurgaon - 5+ years

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

We are looking for an individual with 5+ Years of experience as Business analyst in Insurance domain with hands on/knowledge of Guidewire as a must.

Responsibilities:

- Requirement elicitation - the ability to discover, analyse, and document requirements from stakeholders using a variety of methods.

- Requirement analysis - the ability to understand requirements and trace them back to business outcomes.

- Business architecture/Service design - the ability to discover and document the end-to-end architecture of a process or system and the relationships between them.

- Technical translation - the ability to identify system enhancements, determine development impact demonstrating knowledge in systems, processes, and data.

- Working with initiative managers to plan initiatives and work streams and agree BA deliverables.

- Providing updates and reports on the progress of BA work.

- Coach and train BA colleagues.

- Providing subject matter expertise on the feasibility of initiatives and proposed solutions.

Requirements:

- MBA/Graduation in related field required.

- Hands-on/ knowledge about Guidewire and knowledge about Insurance sector is must.

- Experience in Business Analysis.
