About Us:

Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.

About Team:
CST team comprises of customer service agents, who help customers pay bills, review or make changes to accounts, handle returns and answer frequently asked questions.

Expectations/ Requirements:
1. Using automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources
2. Removing corrupted data and fixing coding errors and related problems
3. Developing and maintaining databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
4. Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
5. Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends
6. Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
7. Setup robust automated dashboards to drive performance management

Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:
1. 2-5 years of experience
2. Analytical skills - Top notch excel skills are necessary
3. Must have experience with SQL and data visualization tools
4. Strong communication and project management skills
5. Problem solving skills - Assess what data is required to prove hypotheses and derive actionable insights

Education:
Graduate or Post-graduate from Tier 1-2 College.
