Your Team - The Cyber Security (CS) team protects the Bank and our customers from cyber compromise, through proactive management of cyber security, privacy and operational risk. Our team includes: - Cyber Strategy & Performance - Cyber Security Centre - Cyber Protection & Design - Cyber Delivery - Identity & Access Assurance. The role is part of the Identity and Access management team and is responsible for onboarding IT services to the Group\'s IAM security controls (Access Provisioning & De-provisioning, Single Sign On and Privileged Access Management) and providing the solution delivery expertise to continuously develop and improve the enterprise IAM services. We enable the Bank and its group entities to manage their IAM risk, provide productivity benefits and enable innovation to the Group and its customers. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: . Identifying business needs and problems/issues, defining and developing a feasible solution scope. . Providing advice and demonstrating deep understanding of the IAM controls suitable for the business and technical needs of an onboarding service and role maintenance across the IAM ecosystem. . Analysing and documenting business/functional processes and requirements using agile analysis methodologies and tools. . Effective communication of requirements to stakeholders, service owners and technical SMEs managing issues and changes in order to ensure that stakeholders and project team members remain in agreement on solution scope. . Identification of the risks associated with the proposed solution as well as the risk for not implementing the solution. . Support and participation in testing activities including unit testing, BA testing and system testing ensuring adequate project coverage. . Ensuring stakeholders and end-users are appraised of all change and impacts and the necessary organisational change management has taken place, including required training and stakeholder communications. . Ensuring that the outcomes align to the IAM standards and guardrails. Internal/External Stakeholders . Effectively liaise with customers and manage stakeholder expectations. . Escalate issues and risks in a timely manner. . Ensure that all IAM Onboarding services are delivered to the customer \'as a service\'. . Manage the end-to-end solution delivery of the IAM Onboarding and role maintenance activities. Including tracking the progress daily and weekly based on the set SOPs and standards. . Liaise with vendors and external technology partners who provide application support and development. Experience - . Must have at least 4-7 years business analysis experience in an IAM setting. . Must have experience working with SailPoint , Cyber Ark or PING. . Must have experience onboarding/integrating enterprise applications with IAM Systems. . Must have strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills. . Experience in BABOK and/or agile methodologies is desirable. . Relevant IT or business tertiary qualifications is desirable.
