The CoFY Technology team requires 5-7 years experienced BA/Product Owner to deliver a number of high priority projects for the CoFY and Registration portfolio of Citigroup. The CoFY technology team develops and supports the technology solutions for a global client base

within Citigroup. The main application being developed caters to around 97 countries and is used by almost all employees in Citi

Key Accountabilities:

• Understand and Elicit exact requirements from business users and capture it in to appropriate documents.
• Understanding about working in Agile setup and should know about JIRA and Confluence
• Should know how to write requirements in the form of acceptance criteria\'s
• Explain plans and requirements to Dev and QA teams.
• Ensure timely implementation and deliveries from each of the team, timely sign offs from business groups on requirements and UAT.
• Understanding of Compliance function in a bank from any previous experience is preferred
• Good communicator as stakeholders are across the globe
• Support multiple business groups and external systems during the UAT phase of the rollouts.
• Production support for any high priority and critical issues/incidents
• Ability to fetch and analyse data usign basic SQL queries
• Be a dynamic team player with good communication skills and the ability to discuss issues and arrive at consensus. Should be able to work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Be able to work independently / without supervision
• Flexible and able to manage time effectively

Preferred Work Experience:

• 5-7 years of business analysis work experience.
• Must Have Experience of working in a Banking Domain preferably in Compliance domain
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well at all levels.
• Excellent Analysis skills
• Basic SQL skills for data analysis
• Work Experience in detailing the requirements to Technology
• Must have worked in Agile methodologies and know how to use JIRA and Confluence
