About the team: Paytm is witnessing a broad growth across our platform as we continue to register increased adoption of our lending products, Paytm Postpaid (BNPL), merchant loans and personal loans. Lending business is driven by data science and analytics, providing data driven solutions About the role: Evangelize and demonstrate value and impact of analytics for informed business decision making by developing and deploying analytical solutions and providing data driven insights to business stakeholders to understand and solve for various lending business nuances. Key Skills Required: 1.Strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data. 2.Knowledge ofprogramming languageslike SQL, Big Query, Hive and Python. 3.Knowledge of data visualization software like Tableau, Qlik, Data Studio. 4.Knowledge of how to create and apply the most accurate programming queries to datasets in order to find solutions. 5.Problem-solving skills 6.Accuracy and attention to detail. 7.Adept at queries, writing reports, and making presentations 8.Team-working skills 9.Verbal and Written communication skills 10.Proven working experience in data analysis 11.Marketing Data Analytics Preferred (Not Mandatory). Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: 1. Proficient in SQL and deep expertise in building scalable business reporting solutions. 2. Past experience in optimizing business strategy, product or process using data & analytics. 3. Minimum 4 years work experience in a business intelligence and analytics role in financial services, ecommerce, consulting or technology domain. 4. Working knowledge of Dashboard visualization and CLM tools. 5. Ability to execute cross functional initiatives. 6. Demonstrated ability to directly partner with business owners to understand product requirements. 7. Effective spoken and written communication to senior audiences, including strong data presentation and visualization skills. 8. Prior success in working with extremely large datasets using big data technologies. 9.
