Growing together.Positions is responsible for end-to-end business process activities - creating, controlling and improving business processes. Leads process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities. Diagnose process improvement opportunities and develop solutions using principles of process excellence and related tools.Primary Responsibilities:The following duties cover what are generally believed to be principal and essential functions of the job. Specific circumstances may allow or require some people assigned to the job to perform a somewhat different combination of duties.

  • Mandate understanding of Jacada, HPDB, Mainframe (BWAA, GJBB and GJAH etc)
  • Able to adjudicate claims on mainframe environment
  • Work closely with stake holders to identify issues with their processes and come up with innovative solutions to increase efficiency and accuracy in the process
  • Execute a data drive, statistical approach to problem solving, which includes gathering, analyzing and reporting data
  • Responsible for providing research and root cause analysis for claim auto release
  • Create and edit requirements, specifications, and recommendations to proposed solutions and facilitate development of process documentation
  • Create or maintain documentation and processor tools to support claim process
  • Conduct claim research and analysis and make recommendations for auto adjudication
  • Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends, patterns and insights
  • Participate in business brainstorming session and drive solution approach for a given problem at hand
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team in a deadline driven environment
  • Ability to take responsibility and deliver projects

Job Requirements/Working Conditions:
  • Work is performed in a hybrid office environment in different Shift (10:30AM to 06:00AM)
Eligibility

  • Minimum duration of 12 months of continuous service in their current grade and position
  • Performance rating in the last common review cycle of \xe2\x80\x9cMeets Expectations\xe2\x80\x9d or higher
  • Not be on any active CAP (Corrective Action Plan) or active disciplinary action
Required Qualifications:
