About the role:

- At MXV, we work in small teams and a Business Analyst/Jr. Consultant is an integral part of the project teams with direct responsibilities

- It is a dynamic, challenging and client facing role

- The work involves creation of project plan and output design, in-depth research and fact finding, data analysis and deriving insights

- Business Analysts/Jr. Consultant interact with clients (generally C-suite executives) from day one

- Business Analysts/Jr. Consultant get to learn about different industries and domains with every assignment. There is active contribution to client reviews and daily internal meetings

- Business Analysts/Jr. Consultant also contribute towards MXV's sustainability practice area and identified material social and environmental issues

- Business Analysts/Jr. Consultant will be assisting and reporting to the Project Lead
