The Account Management / Business Analyst will be responsible for
Serve as a liaison between client and Xerago
Perform requirements analysis
Responsible to report clients and perform allocated activities based on project nature like
Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
Preparing MIS data preparation and ensure the branding is correct
Documenting and communicating the results of efforts involved from multiple teams
Conducting meetings and recommendations to share ideas and findings
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Working closely with clients, internal teams, and managerial staff
Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency
Ensuring Xerago solutions meet business needs and requirements
Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance
Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements
Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects and deliverables
