Role Responsibilities Business Link between Business teams and technology partners in delivering solution to support Business requirements. Involvement in all stages of change programme lifecycle, from initiation and design to post-implementation. Strong ability to analyse data to identify thematic issues or areas requiring improvement. Perform gap analysis, identify and escalate issues and risks to the appropriate parties. Verify the system design changes and manage the defects. Conduct trainings for business users to come on board. Take initiative to implement efficiencies and automation projects. Provide timely update in working. Processes Process driven and disciplined approach working within the Bank&rsquos Governance Structures and Standards to produce high-quality deliverables to the agreed timelines. Good understanding of the Agile Delivery Methodology. Good understanding of the Systems Implementation Life Cycle. People and Talent Develop and sustain good relationships with clients and colleagues. Support faster delivery by enforcing the use of agile delivery tools. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association. Our Ideal Candidate Liaise with stakeholders (Business and Functions) and higher management across various locations to resolve their functional queries on Audit product and provide solutions to resolve the underlying issue. Strong working experience and extensive knowledge of the highly inter-connected data set and applicable workflows within Appian platform and Internal Audit domain. Act as Single point of contact for handling queries and issues raised by the business / function during the Go Live and Postproduction Support. Guide Business users on how to record the audit or perform the control monitoring testing in the Audit products. Strong understanding on the applications and reporting structure, preferably internal and external audit process. Strong understanding of the business organization structure and the linkage with audit risk data. Well versed on how to set up the audit data, functionalities and reporting. Single Point of contact for Internal Audit for handling requirements, product queries and issues. Strong ability to analyse business process data to identify thematic issues for areas requiring improvement. Interpret system stakeholders needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. Ability to multitask and manage more than oneapplication.
