We are looking for a Business Analyst/ Business Consultant reporting to MD in a leading MEP Projects and Multi-technical Services Company, Electromech Infraprojects Pvt Ltd. Roles and responsibilities Strategy planning execution in line with company goals Preparation, recommendation and maintaining a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance, HR, Operations and Marketing Department activities Will work closely with MD, CEO to prepare feasibility, budgets, forecasting and performance evaluation of projects Need to support in certain reactive decision making by proactively suggesting, formulating and implementing MD Dashboard Integrate and work closely with all teams / service lines to ensure smooth running and generate Adhoc Reports and review meetings Record meeting discussion and provide minutes to MD and follow up on the task given Organizes and coordinates the monthly Business Review meetings, Midyear and End year reviews based on Zone Sales Overall administrative support to the Directors Consolidates information into understandable correspondence for Top Management Deal with multiple stakeholders within the company collate and manage MIS, presentations and business analysis The individual should have great interpersonal skills and should be able to work on tight deadlines Coordinating the month-end review and PAN India review preparing the presentations Desired Profile MBA Desirable but not Mandatory Experience in Construction, Real Estate, or Manufacturing Industry. Budgetary planning and control, Project Management and Cross functional experience as a Business Analyst/ Consultant with reporting to CXO/MD or similar role. Excellent MS Office knowledge and Documentation and Presentation skills Outstanding organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communications skills Discretion and confidentiality
