Help nonprofits understand, implement, and adopt Avni (open-source frontline work platform) At Samanvay, we make open-source software products and provide them as cloud services for nonprofits and governments. Presently, we are working on the following products:

• Avni - Community service and data collection platform for grassroots organizations - being used by dozens of projects.
• Bahmni- Electronic Medical Record and Hospital Information System used in around 500 hospitals/clinics across the world.
• Gunak- Quality, and effectiveness assessment system for public hospitals and health centers, used by the Ministry of health India\xe2\x80\x99s hundreds of assessors.
• Shwaas- Guides community health workers in assessing people who are experiencing covid and pneumonia symptoms.

You also get to work with a seasoned software development team with vast experience in building large systems. Samanvay provides a friendly, intellectually stimulating, open, and low-process work environment. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a business analyst with 3-5 years of experience. You should have experience in:

• Interfacing with customers to understand and functionally synthesize their requirements
• Working with the software development team in communicating the requirements and helping shape the solution
• Delivering solutions based on generic products (nice to have)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding Avni and how customer-specific solutions are created
• Communicating with customers and doing analysis of customer requirements and developing a functional solution based on Avni
• Define commercial terms for customer projects based on Avni
• Working with Avni implementation team in delivering solutions
• Working with Avni product team to represent customer issues with the product to help improve Avni
• Communicating with customers and team in spoken and written English (Hindi is good to have but not a must)

Skill sets Required:

• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication skills - 1. clarity and assertiveness 2. Written and verbal
• Language proficiency - English and Hindi (Must), other languages (good to have)
• Attention to detail
• Basic understanding of software engineering
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets
• Good to have knowledge of data analysis and BI tools
• Good to have knowledge of Wireframing tools

Salary, location

• Work location - Bangalore
• CTC - 9.50 to 12.00 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb9950,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb91,200,000.00 per year Experience:
