Qualification: Bachelor's degree in science / engineering / commerce with at least first class. Master's degree / insurance certifications preferredRequired Skill Set: Has experience in Client and Vendor management. Preference for Insurance domain knowledge and worked in AGILE/SCRUM environments in IT Sector. Attention to detail. Good typing skills, significant prior experience with usage of MSOffice, Internet & E-mail. Advance skill set in MS Excel will be added advantage.Job Responsibilities

• Ownership of processes and client deliverables

• Regular communication with client stakeholders to ensure smooth operations

• Client interaction and involved in end-to-end SDLC

• Take responsibility for team's SLAs

• Preparing and sending reports to internal / external stake holders

• Build Excel models using complex excel formulas

• Resolution of queries through interaction with on-site team

• Generation of reporting & analytics for use in future decision-making

• Providing process training to new joiners / resolving process-related questions, working in sync with Lead Trainer / Training team

• Involvement in detailed quality checks and ensuring that output is passed back to training seamlessly

• Timely preparation of SOPs

Desired Profile: A science/commerce graduate with 3+ years' prior experience working as Business Analyst preferably in an IT sector-Insurance Domain. No gaps either during education or between jobs. Well-versed with usage of MSOffice - especially MS Excel and good knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM environments. He/she should have attention to detail and the initiative, drive and motivation to work for a young organization and grow with it.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?600,000.00 - ?900,000.00 per yearSchedule:
