We are looking for an experienced and passionate Data Analyst to join the Portfolio Planning and Delivery team. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of data analytics, including mining, generation, and visualization. Additionally, you should be committed to transforming data into readable, goal-driven reports for continued innovation and growth. Data Analyst Job Duties Essential responsibilities include:

• The Payments Market Division Data Analyst will work with Senior Portfolio Analyst and cohesively across all of Portfolios to deliver value add reporting
• Assist Senior Portfolio Analyst in , not limited to:
  • Defining all necessary Portfolio / project data points to enable effective reporting (eg: actuals & forecast, KPI reporting)
  • Identifying data sources, source missing data and organize data in usable format
  • Identification and actioning of data quality, gaps, and issues
  • Analysing data to find answers to specific questions
  • Definition of all Portfolio / Project reporting requirements
  • Establishing automation of reporting using Enterprise tools eg Tableau
  • Continual data quality improvements
  • Ensuring reporting capability aligns with stakeholder’s requirements
  • Engagement with stakeholders across all regions to support their Portfolio Management & reporting needs
  • Provide insights into the Portfolio Planning and Delivery reporting
  • Demand & Supply Alignment
• Other duties from time to time as required to support operational activities and services

Requirements and skills

• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Highly skilled in using MS office specially excel
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
• Ability to work autonomously

• Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in automation of reports using visualization tools eg Tableau
  • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics.
