What you should be excelling in: Manage different aspects of Revenue Operations: tracking daily revenue/profitability, opportunity pipeline progress, forecasting/goal achievements, retrospective performance analysis/QBRs, and monitoring of invoicing/collections in collaboration with entity finance/accounting teams. Be the new business pipeline master and closely with our global market team to monitor new business outreach, opportunity creation and progress, deal closures, and goal achievements. Provide daily reporting on key metrics such as daily revenue run rate, and tracking against goals by solely managing/updating our financial database. Take ownership of the annual, quarterly, and monthly budget planning as well as status quo reporting to management. Provide proactively additional analysis, which can help management and teams discover room for future improvement by understanding better past performance. Take initiative and collaborate with multiple functions including Sales, AM, Campaign Management, Marketing, and Finance. Work on improving our processes by spotting inefficiencies, potential for automation, and new management technologies. What prepares and aligns you for this job: Data and insights, let they be of a financial or revenue operations nature, are your passion. You cannot live with numerical errors and hence work on data in a systematic, meticulous, and bulletproof manner. Communicating data to provide insights quickly is an easy task for you, meaning you keep stakeholders proactively informed and are able to dashboard present insights in a meaningful and easily understandable way. You naturally master Excel/G-Sheet, PowerPoint/G-Slides, and financial accounting standards to maintain/expand datasets as well as extract insights. Advanced data manipulation skills are a plus. Working within a small task team, which takes full responsibility for \'management by data\', excites and empowers you to achieve more. Your ability to work proactively/independently as well as being highly responsive to stakeholders makes you an indispensable member of the management. Strong process, organizational, and time management skills as well as strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.
