About the Department Supply Chain was established in March 2017 as part of Product Supply Devices & Supply Chain Management Business plan towards 2020. The Business plan has three parts: Robust, Ready, Effective and Supply Chain Global Service Centre (GSC) is the part of last one focusing business through offshoring. The Position As a Business Analyst - SAP SD you will be responsible to fulfil the following duties: Strong conceptual understanding of and experience with the SAP logistic landscape and preferably knowledge and experience in the SD area coupled with SAP MM, SAP FI, SAP WM. Strong knowledge in EDI, external interface integration with SAP SD module. IT experience covering specification, design, development, validation, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions. Experience with configuration and solid understanding of integration between the modules and systems, e.g., Enterprise Central Component (ECC), SD, FI, MM. Team player who can work both in teams and still be able to work independently, focus on efficiency and business value in all tasks being executed, meeting tight deadlines while maintain the highest standards of work and communicate productively with clients. Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, comfortable working with different countries across multiple time-zones. Good understanding of Agile delivery model and working in Agile teams. Qualifications We ideally expect you to be a graduate in B.E. or similar degree with relevant area. Should have 4+ years of SAP SD experience and 6+ years of overall experience. Good interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily users. Ability to represent Novo Nordisk in relations with users and external stakeholders. Excellent communication skills written and orally in English. Large degree of flexibility and the ability to work under strong time pressure.
