Job Title Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst in Enterprise Change Management, you'll be working across the business, elaborating, and documenting high quality requirements for multiple cross-functional projects to integrate a recently acquired leading US broker. You'll build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders in order to understand what they want from projects and how they're likely to be impacted by change, collaborating with colleagues from all levels of the organisation to design and deliver the best possible solutions to business problems.

As a Business Analyst at IG, you'll be working on high priority projects that provide excellent exposure up and across the organisation. You'll develop a deep understanding of how the different parts of the business work together and have the opportunity to influence critical change at the earliest stage.

Candidates will have experience of:

• At least ten years working as a Business Analyst on multiple complex cross-functional projects.
• Defining and managing changes to business process or operating models.
• Capturing and managing project scope and requirements from different business areas.
• Documenting business and functional requirements in multiple engaging ways.
• Documenting the as-is and to-be, performing GAP analysis.
• Presenting and explaining complex business or technical ideas to an audience unfamiliar with the subject.
• Working with multiple development teams to deliver solutions.
• Confidently building and managing relationships with all levels of stakeholders.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment and dealing with regulatory change projects.
