Role Responsibilities Strategy Manage Intraday Liquidity management solution. Drive technology solution design towards consolidated and simplified integration architecture. Work closely and collaboratively with Business, development, and partner engineering teams to drive solutions. Business Have a good understanding of Financial Markets and Intraday Liquidity management. Knowledge of Payment /Trade workflow, swift MT / MX messages, Real time payments. Knowledge of reconciliations between ledgers and bank statements, real time reporting requirements. Knowledge on SAP-LMS (Liquidity Management Solution) and other SAC. Help business in scoping requirements and apprise them of various solutions alternatives to set achievable requirements which meet business objectives in line with bank standards. Processes Align to Standard Chartered delivery processes of software delivery framework and keep high standard for change management practice. Create process to reduce product time-to-market by embracing automation in the delivery lifecycle. People and Talent Provide technical / business guidance and direction, as well as hands-on resource management for all solution related activities. Build relationships with key stakeholders both business and technology. Risk Management Highlight emerging risks to planned delivery upfront to ensure sufficient measures can be taken. Inform all stakeholders appropriately on risk / issues / challenges. Governance Establish good governance process in the team to ensure quality delivery. Ensure minimal release rollbacks, minimum post release production issues. Regulatory and Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group&rsquos Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct. Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Key Stakeholders Treasury Services, ITO - Engineering, ITO - PSS, ITO - Solution Architect. Other Responsibilities Ability to plan and organize own workload to deliver in a challenging environment with many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders. Data sourcing, mapping, and analysis to risk data framework. Our Ideal Candidate 12 years of experience as BA in Financial Markets / Liquidity Domain. Experience of large-scale system upgrades and / or re-engineering programmes involving significant changes in architecture. Knowledge of database technologies such as Oracle / Hana. Conduct solution training and walk-through for business stake holders and to upskill team. Ability to evaluate, conduct POC and build solutions for business problems.
