MIS/ Functional reporting- 3- 10 yrs of exp, NOIDA and CHENNAI Should have understanding of SLA and KPI Job description VBA Scripting / Macros / SAP Scripting . Strong knowledge on Lookups (FOR, IF, DOWHILE, DOUNTILL ) . Strong knowledge in Array concept, sub routing procedure and Excel VBA Code functions. . Good have exposure on connecting with outlook, MS access, Excel and other reporting applications . Should have knowledge on VBA WEB Scrapping, SAP Scripting and shell Scripting. . Strong Knowledge on Excel VBA code to design the tools/applications MIS Reporting Extract raw files from various data repositories, split and post the files on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Prepare scorecards and dashboards Responsible for reporting/analysis completion, delivery & meeting the metrics Create and publish reports on the reporting interface as per business specifications Automate repetitive reports using Excel Macros and MS Access Develop appropriate methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data. Efficient management of Generic Mail Box for Command Center and timely resolution of requests & queries Preparation, validation and periodic update of process documents (DTPs) as and when required Any ad-hoc reporting requests being received from business The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS)requirements and guidelines of the organization
