About the team:

This role is a part of our IdP Team.

What you will be doing:

• Conduct various types of research and analysis to support business operations of an internal business segment, division, group or line of business.
• Assist management in resolving business issues in an effective and productive manner.
• Design, document and re-engineer business processes and publish business metrics results.
• Handling Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• An Individual contributor role inclined towards the business analyst activities

What you bring:

• 1 to 3 years of experience in analysis of business and user needs, documentation of requirements and translation into proper system requirement specifications.
• Identifies and documents business strategies, objectives and drivers. Analyzes and documents business processes and metrics, and identifies improvement opportunities
• Calculates/estimates costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions to establish their viability/ROI.
• Re-engineers processes to deliver greater effectiveness and efficiency considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and you should be able to manage onsite team communications independently.

• Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
