You are a strategic thinker passionate about driving solutions in \xe2\x80\x9cBusiness Analysis\xe2\x80\x9d. You have found the right team As a business analyst in our \xe2\x80\x9c Credit Bureau\xe2\x80\x9d team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm You will work with business partners to identify operational impacts and ensure consistency in implementing changes (procedures, training, reporting, etc.) that are required to move to a future state. You\'ll drive structure and discipline around initiatives using a standard project framework, establishing scope, and performing business impact analysis. You may be involved in multiple projects or initiatives, working across the whole project lifecycle, researching new projects, business process changes, configuration changes or system modifications. Primary areas of focus include identifying operational impacts, eliciting project or initiative requirements, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and task and workflow analysis. Job Responsibilities :
  • Build and maintain SharePoint sites for Credit Bureau Operations organization
  • Manage Access related issues and escalations for all businesses within the organization
  • Use project management skills to own key initiative end to end
  • Work with business partners to design and implement enhancements to existing processes and/or business applications, introduce new processes and/or toolsets, and engage in process re-engineering
  • Gather/analyze data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient comprehension of the business to understand risk implications
  • With guidance, develop and implement solutions that strengthen business operating models, enhance the client experience, and improve efficiency and controls
  • Facilitate forums to address the priority of reported enhancements and defects
  • Evaluate existing project management processes and look for areas of improvement
  • Assist with change management as new features are delivered through systematic integrations
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Must have good working knowledge of Access Management
  • Minimum 2 years in Data Analysis
  • Execute and manage Intelligent automation solutions, data analysis, visualization, reporting, and data leverage utilizing smart technology like Alteryx, Tableau etc.
  • Intermediate/Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Advanced knowledge of SharePoint development and maintenance
  • Good oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and ability to influence
  • Must have sense of urgency and troubleshooting skills for a complex technical environment.
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking to understand and analyze complex business processes
