PURPOSE OF JOB/POSITION
The position exists to drive Sales/Financial objectives at Key Accounts by developing KOL relationships through engagements & coordination of activities (such as RTM & TOME) and managing other stakeholders in the states/geographies covered. Incumbent will be responsible for disseminating/delivering scientifically-backed and approved commercial marketing messages specific to therapies/brands to HCPs through in-clinic detailing. Incumbent shall be responsible for executing the region/account-level strategy with a focus on quality and rigor of execution leading to favorable business outcomes with a vision of improving outcomes and improving standards of care.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Business Planning and management of key accounts. Track & leverage product consumption patterns in TC, based on potential and competitive intelligence etc. Managing relationships with HCP/KOLs, purchase and nursing heads.
Engage KOLs/Pharmacists / Nurses through scientific communication & activities upgrading them about the latest information on therapy / products
Drive Sales/Financial objectives (meet/exceed targets) & key Business metrics (Sales Force Effectiveness parameters), Provide periodic outlook/forecasts as required to enable and support the operating rhythm
Execute newly launched campaigns and strategies in region from time to time with a view to drive KPIs.
Ensure continuity of product supply in the accounts
