As a Busboy, you will assist in maintaining table setups, supporting servers during busy service hours, ensuring cleanliness, and contributing to a seamless guest experience during both dining and entertainment hours. If you thrive in a

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and arrange dining and lounge areas before service and special events.
Set tables with candles, napkins, linens, glassware, cutlery, and condiments as per restaurant standards.
Assist servers by delivering food, beverages, and other items to guests during peak hours.
Serve water and welcome snacks (e.g., breadsticks or amuse-bouche) promptly upon guest arrival.
Refill beverages, clear and reset tables efficiently between courses and after guest departure.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in guest areas, service stations, and bar counters.
Support bartenders and servers during nightclub events -- clearing glasses, replenishing supplies, and ensuring quick table turnover.
Handle glassware and trays carefully, following safety and hygiene protocols.
Monitor guest needs discreetly and assist in providing a smooth dining and nightlife experience.
Uphold all
health, safety, and sanitation regulations
throughout the restaurant and club areas.
Requirements & Skills
Previous experience as a
Busboy, Food Runner, or Steward
in a restaurant, bar, or nightclub preferred.
Flexibility to work
late-night shifts, weekends, and holidays
.
Strong knowledge of
food handling and hygiene standards
.
Physical stamina
to stand, walk, and carry heavy trays for extended periods.
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a
fast-paced, high-volume environment
.
Excellent teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
Professional grooming and a courteous, service-oriented attitude.
A
degree or diploma in Hospitality / Restaurant Management
is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
