Job Description


The Transformation and Support Services Associate will be an individual contributor on the ACES Support team, a technical role with direct support responsibility of the design, build, testing and implementation of physical deliverables within the ACES application as well as technical deliverables aligned to ACES that are platformed in ancillary systems and data sources where ACES data is stored. Job Responsibilities Include Production Support of ACES Application, including Change and Defect Management process, Release Management, and implementation of project/initiative deliverables. Production Support of QlikSense Dashboards, Business Objects reports, SQL exports, and data feeds to the ACES application. Coordination with CCS Technology, F&BM, Area Product Owner, and Vendor partners to ensure platform availability and performance targets. Production support of ACES Platform reporting assets, including on Platform (Business Objects, SQL Export utilities), and Off Platform (SFTP data intake from third party vendor). Coordination of data quality tasks with CCS Technology and F&BM partners, monitoring of daily vendor SFTP files through Curation, Modelling, and hosting layers with the Reporting Data Warehouse ecosystem. Production Support of data and utilities that provision intake to the ACES Platform of upstream systems\' population data, including automated feeds from the QTIA platform and User initiated feeds via XML files uploaded directly to the ACES platform. Delivery of functional enhancements, best practice definition, and platform user onboarding and training. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Technology Application Production Support: 3-5 years of demonstrable Technology Application Support and technical delivery experience ACES or similar industry standard Quality Control / Quality Assurance application experience: 2-5 years total both as a technical contributor and technical manager. Change and Defect Management - 2-5 years of Change and Defect Management and Release Management experience, to include data requirements and status reporting. Agile Project Management Methodology experience preferred - important for Prod support engagement with CCS Technology and F&BM partners on their mandated Agile workflows Technical Experience leveraging third party reporting utilities from a design, build, test, and implementation perspective: Tools such as Business Objects, QlikSense, Crystal Reports, or other industry standard platform(s).. Database query language expertise: 3-5 years SQL, PLSQL, and/or MSSQL. Articulate and concise executive presence, ability to provide complex technical status; to non technical audience in an effective, seamless manner. Extensive experience with MS office suite for data handling/analytics, presentations, status reporting (MS excel, PowerPoint, etc). MS SharePoint for Change and Defect Management / Release Process Management. Preferred Qualifications And Skills Minimum 3 years experience at JP Morgan Chase at varying levels of responsibility in either Business or Technical roles, with demonstrated increasing span of control and responsibility Experience supporting a large (550+ unique users) application community to include access role, application functionality and best practices, training and documentation, and ancillary portals and supporting input, output, and vendor engagement tasks.
