Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate at GBH Automechanics in Kolkata, with flexibility for remote work. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients and partners, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, developing and implementing business strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. The Business Development Associate\'s primary objective is to increase the company\'s revenue and expand its customer base. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience in business development, sales, or marketing. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to negotiate and understand business contracts. Experience in the automotive industry is preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
