Roles and Responsibilities:?

Prepare the buffet area before service, ensuring that tables, counters, and food stations are clean and properly arranged.

Ensure that food items are presented attractively and replenish dishes as needed.

Monitor and maintain proper temperatures for hot and cold items.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure a continuous supply of fresh items.

Assist in breaking down and cleaning the buffet area after service.

Encourage guests to try additional menu items or promotions to enhance their dining experience.
