Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns in retail spaces, including mall activations, store branding, product demos, roadshows, and in-store promotions.Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective execution of marketing activities.Monitor and evaluate the performance of each campaign, capturing key metrics (footfall, engagement, conversions) and sharing insights.Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all BTL collaterals and activations.Work closely with the sales and retail teams to understand local customer behavior and market trends.Develop and maintain relationships with retail partners and local vendors to facilitate seamless operations.Handle logistics, permits, and local approvals for on-ground activities when required.Support ATL (Above The Line) campaigns with regional execution where needed.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in BTL marketing, preferably in the retail or FMCG sector.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Willingness to travel locally within Bangalore for on-ground activities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.Preferred Skills:Experience with agency coordination and event management.Fluency in Kannada and English (preferred).Creative thinking with attention to detail.Reporting to DGM- Marketing (India -Head)
