Our Business Technology Infrastructure Team is currently looking for Identity Operations Manager. As a part of Workday\'s Identity and Access Management team you will have the opportunity to drive the delivery of Workday\'s provisioning and governance capabilities. This is a highly collaborative role with fast paced changes in technologies and processes. About the Role Lead a global team fulfilling Identity and Access Management requests (IAM) within SLAs. Define service level and operational level agreement objectives for IAM operations. Apply Security standards, I AM policies, procedures and technology to IAM operations on a daily basis. Review and propose improvements toonboarding, job change and termination processes via automation. Act as automation champion by analyzing, identifying and prioritizing automation requests to stakeholders as part of shift-left approach. Create and review IAM task SLAs, OLAs and KPIs with stakeholders . Perform privilege account audits for all enterprise applications on a regular cadence and propose mitigation steps to stakeholders. Support audit activities including presenting audit result findings to executives & stakeholders. Work closely with Cyber Security teams to revoke access or perform analysis for security related incidents. Collaborate with HR and technology stakeholders for IAM KPIs and improvements. Work closely with IAM engineering team to understand new initiatives, process gaps and improvements. Collaborate with Service Desk and Help Desk teams for IAM requests. Provide trends in IAM operations with data driven approach. Responsible for governance of the overall IAM program ensuring the team meets its operational objectives. Should able to confidently present solutions, project and operational status to key business, security and IT stakeholders. About You Minimum Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or 10+ years of equivalent experience. Minimum of 3 years of experience leading a global team in Identity and Access management operations. Hands on experience in IAM technologies like Okta, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Cloud IAM technologies like AWS or GCP. Strong understanding in Directory services like Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory. Working experience in privilege account management tools like Delinea (Thycotic), CyberArc or equivalent. Knowledge of compliance standards like NIST, FedRamp etc., is a big plus. Security certifications like CISSP would be plus. Working experience in ticketing systems like ServiceNow, Remedy etc.,. Strong data driven approach and ability to create reports for leaders and stakeholders.
