Job Description
We are looking for B.Sc Agriculture Freshers in Rajapalyam District Tamil Nadu.Key responsibilities:
- Using accurate knowledge or reliable referrals to make recommendations to farmers to achieve efficient crop production;
- Field soil testing including multiple depth sampling, manage field trials, plant physiology, and irrigation practices;
- Gather, compile, analyse and interpret test results;
- Prepare progress reports;
- Analyse crop claim issues as necessary;
- Document field evaluation of seed, chemical, specialty products & fertilizers; and
- Provide agronomic training for staff responsible for sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and computer skills.
- Knowledge of and willingness to develop new agronomic techniques.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrates leadership skills and the desire and ability to contribute
- Public speaking skills are a valuable asset.
