Position Overview:

As the Director, Marketing at Brij Hotels, you will lead a team of two people and play a pivotal role in developing and executing a comprehensive brand and marketing strategy. This role involves creating an annual marketing plan, managing budgets, overseeing digital and PR partnerships, identifying potential collaborations, creating awareness plans, managing content creation, leading social media initiatives, organizing events at our properties, fostering customer engagement, and driving direct-to-customer business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand and Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a brand and marketing strategy that aligns with Brij Hotels\' values and objectives.

2. Annual Marketing Plan: Create an annual marketing plan with clear objectives, strategies, and budgets to drive brand awareness and business growth.

3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of two individuals, providing guidance, support, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

4. Partnership Management: Manage relationships with digital and PR partners, ensuring effective collaboration and maximum exposure for Brij Hotels.

5. Strategic Partnerships: Identify potential partnerships with other brands, influencers, or organizations that align with Brij Hotels\' values and contribute to brand growth.

6. Awareness Plan: Develop a detailed plan to raise awareness about Brij Hotels, including campaigns, promotions, and initiatives across various channels.

7. Content Management: Oversee the creation of compelling content for all communication channels, maintaining consistency and alignment with brand identity.

8. Social Media Initiatives: Lead social media strategies and initiatives to enhance Brij Hotels\' presence across platforms.

9. Events Management: Plan and execute events at Brij Hotels\' properties to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

10. Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage customers and encourage repeat business, focusing on enhancing the overall guest experience.

11. Direct-to-Customer Business: Implement initiatives to increase direct bookings and strengthen Brij Hotels\' direct-to-customer business.

Desired Qualifications:

- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the hospitality or luxury sector.

- Proven success in developing and executing comprehensive brand and marketing strategies.

- Strong budget management skills and experience in creating annual marketing plans.

- Excellent partnership management skills, with experience in both digital and PR partnerships.

- Ability to identify and cultivate potential collaborations that align with brand values.

- Experience in managing social media initiatives and events.

- Exceptional content creation and management skills.

- A strategic thinker with a focus on enhancing customer engagement and increasing direct-to-customer business.
