Reconciliation of PAN India brands payouts and incentives on a regular basis.
Planning the Marketing activities both BTL & ATL.
Designing various contests and R & R programme for Brands stores, Internal Sales Team and Customers on a monthly / quarterly basis.
Launching the Cross Sell opportunity in terms of Extended Warranty and Insurance product
Publishing various MIS for CD business growth / degrowth as compared to last month/ last FY, City wise Business Trend Analysis to the Sales Network and monthly Business decks to Brands
Regular Business Visits to Big Brands PAN India to increase our market share of CD financing
Job Requirement Qualification – MBA and/or Professional Degree preferred · Job Knowledge and experience –
Should have at least 12-14 years of experience in sales / marketing/ product management
Should have good understanding of CD Business
Should be able to drive and work with a Team reporting
Should be a Team player, Relationship person and should be ready to travel widely
