Experience: - 5-7 years (with relevant experience in branding, marketing, or consumer-focused e-commerce)
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field MBA or relevant certification is a plus

About the Role:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Branding & Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy and marketing initiatives for our baby products e-commerce business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building a strong, trustworthy, and emotionally resonant brand while driving customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital channels. Experience in baby, parenting, FMCG, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with company goals
Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms
Build brand trust and credibility among parents and caregivers
Oversee brand guidelines and ensure compliance across internal and external teams
Marketing & Growth
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, content, influencer, performance)
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through data-driven strategies
Manage product launches, seasonal campaigns, and promotional calendars
Collaborate with performance marketing teams to optimize ROI
Digital & E-commerce Marketing
Lead marketing efforts across website, marketplaces, social media, email, and paid channels
Optimize customer journey and conversion funnel
Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to refine strategies
Content & Communication
Oversee content strategy including blogs, social media, ads, videos, and product storytelling
Work closely with creative, design, and copy teams to deliver compelling content
Manage influencer and community marketing initiatives
Team & Stakeholder Management
Lead and mentor marketing team members
Coordinate with product, sales, customer support, and external agencies
Manage marketing budgets and timelines effectively
Key Requirements
Experience & Skills
5-7 years of experience in branding and marketing, preferably in e-commerce or FMCG
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and consumer behavior
Proven experience building and scaling brands in competitive markets
Experience with baby products, parenting, lifestyle, or D2C brands is a strong plus
Technical & Analytical Skills
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM tools, etc.)
Strong understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and content marketing
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
Soft Skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
High empathy and understanding of parent/customer needs
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
MBA or relevant certification is a plus
